1. Introduction

Dr. Noor Wellness, LLC ("Dr. Noor Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at www.drnoorwellness.com and any related subdomains, online stores, content, newsletters, and services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to information we collect through the Services, whether you are browsing our content, making a purchase, subscribing to communications, or otherwise interacting with us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

  • On or through the Services, including our website and online store;

  • In email, text, and other electronic communications between you and us;

  • When you purchase products or interact with content we publish; and

  • Through third-party platforms when you engage with our official accounts or advertising.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

3. Information We Collect

We collect several categories of information, depending on how you interact with us.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, mailing and billing address, and phone number.

  • Order and transaction information, such as the products you purchase, order history, and shipping details. Note that payment card numbers are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, not stored by us (see Section 6).

  • Account information, if you create an account, including your username and password.

  • Communications and submissions, such as messages you send us, customer service inquiries, survey responses, product reviews, testimonials, comments, and content you post.

  • Marketing preferences, such as your subscription to our newsletter or SMS list and your communication choices.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.

  • Location information derived from your IP address (general geographic location, not precise GPS unless you grant permission).

  • Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Service providers such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics or advertising partners;

  • Social media platforms, if you interact with our accounts or content; and

  • Marketing and data partners, which may provide aggregated or demographic information to help us improve our Services.

3.4 Information About Health and Wellness Interests

Because our content and products relate to skincare, wellness, and lifestyle topics, you may voluntarily share preferences or interests (for example, in a survey, quiz, or product review) that touch on your wellness goals. We treat this information as ordinary commercial information, not as protected health information. Please see Section 14 for an important note about health information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process, fulfill, and manage your orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges;

  • Create and manage your account;

  • Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services and our content;

  • Communicate with you about orders, products, services, and customer support;

  • Send you marketing and promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences;

  • Operate, evaluate, and improve our business, products, content, and marketing;

  • Conduct analytics, research, and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and prohibited or illegal activity;

  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; and

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies you, and we may use and disclose such information for any lawful purpose.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and personalize the Services, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and trends, and deliver and measure advertising.

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the Services to function (for example, to keep items in your cart).

  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Services.

  • Advertising cookies help us and our partners deliver relevant ads and measure their performance.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through a cookie preference tool on our website. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function. For information about interest-based advertising and how to opt out, you may visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, hosting, email and SMS delivery, customer support, analytics, and advertising. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

  • Payment processors, who handle your payment card information directly under their own security standards.

  • Advertising and analytics partners, which may receive identifiers and usage information to provide measurement and interest-based advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under applicable privacy laws; see Section 11 for your rights.

  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset.

  • Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our agreements, protect the rights, property, or safety of Dr. Noor Wellness, our users, or others, or detect and prevent fraud or security issues.

  • With your consent or at your direction, for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services, and may display content from social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with your information.

8. Your Communication Choices

  • Email marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us. You may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages (for example, order confirmations).

  • SMS/text messages. If you opt in to text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Push notifications and cookies. You can manage these through your device or browser settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you provide it at your own risk. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

11.1 U.S. State Privacy Rights (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Other States)

Residents of certain U.S. states may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions;

  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted/interest-based advertising; and

  • Limit the use of certain sensitive personal information, where applicable.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights above and the right to receive information about our information practices. We do not sell personal information for monetary value; however, our use of advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out as described in Section 5 or by contacting us.

To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 17. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

11.2 EEA, UK, and Other International Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, and to the extent the General Data Protection Regulation or comparable law applies, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. 12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and we do not respond to them at this time. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser or device.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.

Dr. Noor Wellness, LLC offers consumer wellness and skincare products and educational content. We are not acting as a HIPAA-covered entity, and information you share with us is not "protected health information" under HIPAA. Any wellness-related preferences or interests you choose to share are treated as ordinary commercial information under this Policy. Do not send us sensitive medical records or treat our content or communications as a substitute for professional medical care. Please also review the medical disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

15. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
