Shipping Policy
We endeavor to ship all orders within three (3) business days of the date the order is placed. If we anticipate any additional delay, we will notify you.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Transit times are estimates that we cannot guarantee, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery that occur once a package is in the carrier's possession.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@drnoorwellness.com and we will reship your order or issue a refund. We may ask you for relevant details (including photos, descriptions of damage, and carrier tracking information) so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping costs and available destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility and will be displayed or estimated at checkout where possible.
Return Policy
We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or that are returned without prior authorization.
To start a return, contact us at help@drnoorwellness.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, if your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable deductions (such as shipping charges). Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, as processing times may vary by payment provider.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery and we will at our option, replace the item, provide a refund, or offer store credit at no cost to you.
